As title.
I transferred my number yesterday morning. Since then I was able to send text messages and use the 5G network. However, I can’t receive any text messages and calls.
I didn’t receive any text messages about the transfer request from Fido.
Whom should I talk to?

@FaFanFann Check your community mailbox, envelope icon top right or select Messages from the drop down menu at your avatar if no envelope icon

Can I have this number? I used esim before I transferred so I don’t have the chance to reply my old service provider. Not sure what should I do now. Thanks!
