My sister purchased a sim card on the 2nd of November and never received it even though they said two days delivery. She purchased another one and again the money has been taken out of her account today and it says two days delivery. What is the problem with shipping the card?

Public Mobile actually means to say that it will be shipped within 2 business days.

HI @LoriL you should have buy in from Telus or Koodo store in person intead
the 2 days is when PM will ship out the card, but it could take as many as 3 weeks to receive
I think you need to talk to PM agent about the 2 orders and see what they can do for you. Please submit ticket with there here:

delivery via Canada Post could take up to 3 weeks for the PM sim to arrive.
