Hi there,I bought a new plan on my exact cycle period which is subscribing for a while. Now I got two payments posted , one for an old plan and another for a new plan on my credit card. Would it possible for me to request one of payment? How could I get it fixed ? thanks for your advice in advance.

@Nicco Once your plan renewed and you paid for it, any new plans that you selected would be charged immediately if you selected change now instead of change on next renewal. Always select change at next renewal, the deal will be honored and you won't get double billed. Contact customer service at the link below and explain what happened. Maybe they can help you out.
