Can not log into my account

I can not log into my account.

It always says "your login failed. Please try again" no matter what i do. Even when i try to reset my password.

I haven't used the account for 8 months but want to start using it again.

Any advice?

You will need a new SIM and get a new phone number since you haven’t kept up with payment in 8 months.

@pizzascotty   If you have been having this problem for months, then I think you need to submit a ticket to customer support and ask them to take a look at your account.  Here's a link to chatbot:   https://www.publicmobile.ca/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent

 

edit:  oops, I see you haven't used the account for 8 months, so yes as mentioned your account is closed. Sorry.

 

Usually clearing cache/cookies and using privacy/incognito mode will allow you to login without difficulties, but see what CSA's can suggest.

@pizzascotty hi after 90 days suspended your account is closed permanently

After 90 days without payment...your PM account is closed down for good. You'll need a new sim to start a new account.
