Hi there,
I lost my phone and now i got a new SIM card. I tried to activate it through the service but it could connect to my exsiting account.
Anyone knows how?

If you clicked on Lost/Stolen Phone to deactivate the old SIM. You will need to deactivate the Lost/Stolen Phone then click on Change SIM card and add the new SIM number.
If you didn’t activate Lost/Stolen Phone, all is needed is to add the new SIM number on Change SIM Card and it will cancel the old SIM.

You need to log into self service and choose Change SIM card. Use chrome browser and go incognito, but clear your browser cache first.
