Hi,
I subscript 5G plan and effective today, but after this switch, I can not get connect to internet.
no net work connection now.
Could you please provide a help.

You should not need to switch plans. With 5G plan, you can still connect to LTE network and still have higher data speeds. Is your data connection on Auto, 5G or LTE?

You should still get higher data speeds with a 5G plan on the LTE connection.

Is talk and text working fine?
Maybe try rebooting phone. Network reset of phone (this will erase Wifi passwords)
