Can I use the international minutes in Hong Kong

Hi there, 

I am taking a trip to Hong Kong soon and I would like to know if I can use the international minutes in my account that I have on my account or do I have purchase another service or SIM to make calls and text there?  Would I be able to call and text somebody whose cellphones are on china telecomm plans?

You will need to purchase a local SIM there  or you can use WhatsApp for free calling and texting through wifi (Eg: hotel wifi).

The international minutes are for calling internationally while inside of Canada, PM does not offer any service outside of Canada and the US. You will have to purchase a separate SIM/plan from somewhere else if you want service in Hong Kong.
