@E-Kong1 My understanding is that you can receive regular SMS messages as long as you are in the USA, but without a US roaming add-on or plan you would not be able to reply to them. For any other countries it would be a no.
Public Mobile only works in Canada and the United States. In order for your phone to work in the United States, you'd need to purchase a US Add on. If you don't, you can't use your phone. Your phone will not work outside of these two countries.
