I need help me and my wife recently switched from rogers porting our numbers over now we can’t receive messages we can get iMessage but not regular messages and I can put my phone number in the phone settings it won’t save but we receive calls as normal and iMessages show up under our number

PM has problem provisioning text capability for new activations. And of course iMessage activation is impacted without a working SMS.
PM is working on a fix but for now, they can only resolve the issue on a case by case basis. Please open ticket with PM support:
