I have following msg: “invalid phone number. Please enter a Canadian phone number. If you are transferring your Koodo prepaid number, please contact a customer support agent by clicking need help”. I need help. Who do I contact? Didn’t think it would be this difficult to transfer and set up. Thanks

are you transferring from Koodo Prepaid? if you are , you will need to activate with a new number first. Once activation is done, open a ticket with PM support and ask them to help to transfer your Koodo prepaid number
if you are NOT transferring from Koodo Prepaid account, that error usually indicates the porting request was opened already. It could be that you refreshed the browser or so. In this case, you will need to call the porting support team for update. I can send you the phone number to your Community inbox.
