I have updated my subscription (to 10GB plan) on 3/14/2025. The Public Mobile website screen shows, "10GB New subscription starts on March 15, 2025". However it did not happen until today April 16, 2025. I need help to resolve this problem.
I have two accounts ( 2 phone numbers) in Public Mobile. When I go to "My Rewards" after log in, it will show me the same page even I log in my account from either phone number. Is it normal? Should "My Rewards" page be assigned to each phone number?...
I have upgraded my subscription last week. It will be effective on the renewal day next month. How can see my upgraded subscription after I log in my account in Public Mobile?
