I have updated my subscription (to 10GB plan) on 3/14/2025. The Public Mobile website screen shows, "10GB New subscription starts on March 15, 2025". However it did not happen until today April 16, 2025. I need help to resolve this problem.

@E-Kong1 not sure what PM will or can do about it,, but many people have the same complaint lately so you can create a ticket and see what they say.

Let me clarify. It is still the old plan, 1GB even today, not the upgraded one, 10GB.

If you did schedule plan change very close to renewal date maybe system did not pick up your change no matter message you saw on web site.
If you Currently have plan you wanted you can open a ticket and ask agent why it did not change as per message.

Sounds like it was scheduled for the new Renewal date in April? Just Refresh the page.

added...you shoulda asked about this issue back on March 16th. Just make sure you didn't pay for the upgraded plan for March.
