Can receive and sent text messages but cant add attachments. People sending attachments dont work. They just sit there and spin forever. Same when sending an attachment.

you need proper APN settings for data and MMS to work

No apn settings on my phone

@Peter27 if the APN partial list does not work, try the full list

Many confirmed that you need to delete the current APN profile first.  Then Add new profile and add according to this, please note case-sensitive and do not add extra spaces.  Remember to save the new APN and then reboot the phone before you try

APN: sp.mb.com

@Peter27  since resetting networks doesn't seem to be working, try making changes to your APN.

Go to settings,  apn.

Delete your current settings and add the below. Messages should auto download after.

APN: SP.MB.COM

MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc

MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca

MMS port: 8799

MCC: 302

MNC: 220

APN Type: default,supl,mms

                             or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

@Peter27 Try Reset All Networks or Reset Network Settings

if Android, download Google Message, set it as the default text app and try again (If already installed, backup the important text, go to App settings, Clear Data and try again)

Yes its turned on but still not working

@Peter27 are you using Android or iPhone??

With the attachment, you are sending MMS, and you need to have Mobile Data turned on for it to work.  Enable it and try again
