Can I get the call history and texting history from the website?

Hi, I just want to buy a SIM. I want to know if the phone numbers are shown on the call history and text history which I can get from the website. Thank you. I want to see the incoming call numbers. And also I want to see the phone numbers I am texting with whenever my phone is broken.

@darlicious "The signature at the bottom of my post? Or generally?"

So that's a signature? Doesn't seem applicable, but ok then.

Thanks for your sharing. I already bought and activated my public mobile.

Just click on View My Usage. Phone numbers are shown for each in/out SMS/call

Good grief Charlie Brown! Did you want to expose those phone numbers to the public forum?

@ling1104  Yes, you can go back to Self-serve My Account and the log looks like this:

@darlicious  Why would someone not yet a customer want to contact the CSAs? Confusing me 🥴

Yes they all do. But you don't have the minute counter to easily track minute usage.

Your self serve accounts daily usage pages will show all text and calling minute numbers for the past 30 days. The only phone numbers that do not appear are those that go to voicemail (it shows your number as it call forwards to your voicemail) or any other call forwarded voice calls like blocked numbers.

For sure on the $15 plan.....but do the more expensive plans offer the detail? I thought I had read here that they do not.

Yes, just login to your Self Serve account and look under View My Usage. It will show

all incoming/outgoing text and calls (including phone numbers) and when you are on the Web (data usage).

I hope this helps.

Yes your fully texting and calling history is viewable from selfserve.publicmobile.ca once you activate a new SIM. All the best! 🙂
