Can I call anywhere in Canada? I can not call anywhere except local

@Qizhong   Is this just one particular number in 604 area code, or is it any number in that Vancouver area?  Just wondering if the problem might be at their end.  What happens when you try to call, do you get any kind of message?

I just checked my plan: it should include Canada wide calling, but I can not call

how long you joined? what plan you have?

if you joined recently , it will call All Canada calling for sure

but ask PM to check your account using the link I provided above

@Qizhong  Go to your account payment page and screen shot the plan you have for us . I’m wondering if your in a old province wide plan

try calling with a 1 in front

and try reboot the phone

if still not able to call, ask PM to check the account settings

@Qizhong  yes if you have Canada wide plan and not a province wide only plan . Be sure  to use 1 infront  of the 10 digit contact

you should be.  Most of us have Canada Wide calling (only very small number of subscribers got Provincial calling plan from before)
