@Hsx  it can take up to 3 weeks to arrive , but if it’s been more then 10bussiness days you can ask support for update . When talking to them you can also ask if they will reimburse you to pick one up from Telus /koodo store or order one from Amazon might be faster that way to get activated and using the service
