Calls to the USA

Hello, I purchased a USA roaming call-text add-on about 2 hours ago, but am still unable to make calls to the USA from Canada. When I dial a number, I receive a voice message that I have used up all my minutes. Any suggestions for how I can call an American number? Thanks!

you got the Wrong add on.  to call US, you need the US long distance calling addon, not the roaming one

please submit ticket with PM agent and ask them to help to switch to the correct addon or refund the wrong one

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

BTW, you can call US for free using app, without addon

@IsabelP   The roaming add on is for when you are physically in the USA.  For calling the USA from Canada you needed the USA long distance minutes add-on.  Submit a ticket to customer support using the chat icon bottom right of this page and see if they will switch it for you.  If you need to call before they get back to you then log in and purchase the US long distance add on and see if support will credit you the cost of the roaming add on
