My account is active and paid

The chatbot keeps telling me to sign in despite being signed in - it's very frustrating to use this slow website (it can literally take seconds before words I type even appear)

I don't have a sim card I have an eSim

did you check if your account is active?  Login to My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser.  Or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and check.  Of course if account is suspended, pay and resume

if account is active, best to remove the sim and reinsert and test or test the sim in another phone.  But if still unable to connect, ask support agent to check.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
