I just switched to Public Mobile. I successfully transferred my number from my old service provider and am now able to make/receive calls, but texting is not working. I am not receiving texts and when I go to send one, it won't go through and I get a Network Error notification.

PM is having problem provisioning text capability for new activations. And if you are an iPhone user, iMessage activation by phone number will also be impacted without a working SMS.
PM is working on a fix but for now, they can only resolve the issue on a case by case basis. Please open ticket with PM support by messaging CS Agent here:
