Canada to England calling

I have a bonus of 500 International long distance minutes…I have only used about 20 of those…but I can’t seem to get through to England:( what am I doing wrong?

the 500 International minutes from Xmas bonus does include calling UK.  But how did you make the calls?

To calling UK, drop the 0 before the area code
For example, calling London number 020 8765 4321 should be just call 01144 20 8765 4321 (you can also try +44 20 8765 4321)
Calling Manchester number 0161 765 4321 should be just 01144 161 765 4321 (you can also try +44 161 7654321

**Calls made to numbers starting with the following UK codes are not included in UK calling from Canada and will not be completed when dialled: 4470, 44870-44879, 44843-44845.

The long distance add on does not include England.  You will need to purchase a separate UK add on to call England.

Countries included in international long distance include: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada. Any unused minutes will roll over to your next cycle.
