Calling Canada from the USA

Hi planning to buy a USA talk and text add-on.  I am on a provincial calling plan. 

Just curious as it didn't explicitly say(or I didn't see it)  but when in the USA:

1)  can call any US number  or just the state I am in? 

2) Can I call Canadian numbers

3) do either of the above affect my long-distance add-on?

I am assuming yes to the first 2, and no to the third. 

Edit, never mind I just re read the planes and saw unlimited Canada and USA wide calling.  I feel silly now I scrolled right past it (on phone)

lol...3000 solutions?    That's like the  elusive holy grail...out of reach.  As of this writing, the highest total I've seen anyone accumulate is about 550, and that belongs to a moderator.
