Hi, I am getting a "call cannot be completed" message even though I haven't made a call. I listen to the message and then sometime later I get another message. If I don't check the message, I don't get anymore messages. This has been happening for months.

To clarify, I get a voice mail stating that the call cannot be completed, even though I have not made a phone call.

@Dan72 Where are you getting these messages , in text email ? If you’re not trying to make a call ?
try and reset network settings see if that clears things up if not ask support to investigate
you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen or send a private message To CS_Agent
