Hi @Tracystewart, welcome to Public Mobile, and to the Community! Sorry to hear you had a rough start. I believe @Luddite and @Kalla_A have mentioned that you will need to activate your SIM card (using the link that Kalla provided) and that as part of the process, a self-serve account will be created. Hopefully this works out for you and you are up and running, but please give us a brief update when you have a moment to let us know how things are going now.

The update was done when I was away, and I hadn't realized there was a new section in the activation portal.

Hey @Kalla_A I thought that completing the activation process also created a self serve account?

@Tracystewart As you are activating your SIM card note the phone number you choose and your account number. If you ever have account related issues, they are needed to locate your account. BUT never post that information, or other personal info, here in the forum.

Please follow this link to activate your SIM card. Bear in mind that once you have activated your SIM card, you will have to also register for a self-serve account here.
