Ported phone with eSIM for 3 days. Only call works, cannot send text message but able to receive. In settings I have a primary eSIM but when I pull down the shortcut tab it showing “No Sim”.
I have iPhone13, tried to restart network and the phone. Also tried to edit the APN from isp.mb.com to sp.mb.com per instructions. However not seeing option to check MMS or proxy. Help!!

@Neil11 - They just recently fixed the issue, but now it will take 1 hour or so for SMS or MMS to properly start up.

check your APN settings (iPhone Only):
Open your phone’s settings and tap Cellular > Cellular Data Network
Verify the following field match:
APN: SP.MB.COM
You might also want to Reset Network Settings on your iPhone
