Dear Sir/Madam,

Please provide my incoming call logs from May 15 2024 to July 31 2024. Thank you!

CRTC does NOT have explicitly require mobile providers, prepaid or postpaid, to maintain and provide usage logs to customers.    CRTC only requires mobile providers to provide customers with tools to monitor their usage and potential overage charges (that's why there are the notification for 75% and 90% usage limit notification/text)

Hey @Dunkman

Just a thought here. If Public Mobile is able to go back 12 months for invoices, all call logs are supposed to be attached to those invoices under the CRTC regulations. I can't remember at this time where I saw it but I do remember this from a while back. It's part of "detailed billing" and has to show reason for each charge.

Thank you so much!

sorry @Anu4

no one can help with that.  PM only keeps the log for 90 days and no more.

@Anu4

Unless it is a legal court ordered request, I don't think that it is possible.

However, you could ask customer service agent (ie. Public mobile employee).

Send a ticket via the chatbot to customer service agent (CSA) via link:

 https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

If that does not work,

Send a private message to CSA through the following link :

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Let us know if CSA is able to help.  I have a feeling that they will NOT be able to help.

@Anu4

log in to your account to view your call logs for the previous 90 days. That's all that's available..call / sms records don't go past 90 days.

@Anu4

Simply login to your account and go to Subscription tab>Usage Breakdown>View Usage History and set the Date Range>click Incoming Calls then print out for your records.

But anything over 90 days, you need to contact a CS_Agent for the records by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help you.

That is close to one year ago.  Public mobile is usually unable to provide this incoming call log.  You can check the last 90 day history of calls, text and data usage in your self service account.
