How to turn on Mobile internet

I have my phone and tex working, now i need to get the data part working. Help

you have trouble turn on mobile data? or data is on but does not work?

what phone do you have?  Try Reboot phone once more and then  Reset Network Settings

if you have trouble turn on mobile data:
To turn on mobile data (cellular data) on your iPhone, open the Settings app, tap Cellular, and then toggle the Cellular Data switch to the on position. If you have multiple SIMs, you may need to go to Settings > Cellular >

@Hinbest  Ensure you have dat turned in in phone settings can also verify APN settings 

APN settings

• Name: Public Mobile
• APN: sp.mb.com
• MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
• MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
• MMS port: 8799
• MCC: 302
• MNC: 220
• and reboot the phone / reset network settings if still not working
