I have contacted CS, they changed my login, not what I wanted. I asked CS to contact the new user via email
The new user CAN NOT create a ticket or contact CS because they CAN NOT get an access code nor get logged in, blocked by easysafe.

But they changed your login email and you can activate? did they change it to another email you own? if so, what is the issue?

@galenthurber You will need to get the new subscriber to private message CS Agents to change their email . You can’t really do it for somone else account . And when talking to them I can only think you must have verified your own account for them to be able to make that change . I would try and contact them again about your own account to fix properly
