Can't Complete Activation

I'm using the eSIM and am using the PM app and get to activation, step 5 to enter an alternative number and it won't let me enter it.  I can make calls from my mobile and phone the number, so the transfer has worked.

I contacted support and the person helping me stopped responding to me in the chat after I private messaged what happened.

I'm trying to troubleshoot with the CS Agent but they aren't very helpful.

Try rebooting your phone by powering off the phone then back on and see if that worked. If not then you need the assistance from a CS_Agent.

support won't stop helping, just they don't reply as fast as we like.  Please reply support agent's message again now and ask for update.  They will response within 2 to 4 hours

@Alegria  Just keep an eye on your community inbox and the agent should reply again sometimes it takes a bit of back and forth communication and not always instant between messages
