I need to link an existing account to an new email address as the old one was lost. The new address and password have been created but account (phone number) details are not linked to it.

Your email is only used for PM to send you notifications.
The 2FA code will be texted to your number to access your account.

the email is just a login ID to Public Mobile. You can in fact still login PM My Accountusing your old email address if you know the password. after you logged in, go to Profile, click Manage EverSafe ID and update the email address
