I want to change my subscription plan to the $29 US Mexico Canada plan but it is only offered to new subscribers. Do I have to cancel my service and become a new subscriber to get this plan?

You can switch to the $29 Canada/USA/Mexico plan if it is in your account. Plan offers are different for all members.
You might be in luck. Login to your account then in the Subscription tab>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription. There it will list all the plans you are eligible to switch to.
It is listed in my account.

@BethAnne Yes that the business model to entice you to only upgrade to higher priced plans . And we can only change to the plans that are offered to us in our account to change to despite what we see on the website unfortunately

That's kinda difficult to do. I guess Public mobile wants to keep me in the higher priced plan

@BethAnne Yes unfortunately if you really want that plan you will need to create new account with new SIM card and new email . That or port current number out and port back in on newly desired plan
