Hi,
If someone sends me a direct message or if CS_Agent sends me a direct message how do I make sure the notification will go to my email?
I assume have to enable email notifications, so could be as simple as that. Confirmation on what to enable would be helpful just so it's properly setup under my account.

it is a notification email reminding you something sent you a private message, not the actual reply from PM sent to your email
Also, you have to make sure you didn't set to disable all Notifications via email here:
"Turn off all email notifications" should be UNCHECKED

make sure the box "Receive email notifications for new private messages" is checked (enabled)
I did it, but I have never receive email for private message from CS_Agent.

I don't think CS_Agent will send a direct message to your email. I have contacted CS_Agent couple of times, I never get email from them. I sometimes only get emails for notifications from PM.

Come to the Community setting page for Private message here
make sure the box "Receive email notifications for new private messages" is checked (enabled)
