Account placed on hold due to unresolved payment issue but bill paid already?

I got a text saying that my account has been placed on hold due to unresolved payment issue but bill paid already? I have auto payments set up and my payment already went thru and they gave me my points for paying and my account seems to be working? Should I ignore this? Just worried BC I don't want it to suddenly stop working...... Please help thanks.

Thanks so much! I was worried BC I knew before people paid and were still getting cut off! This is a relief!

@Kore there are couple reports in the last couple days about this text sent by mistake

So, if your service is not interrupted, if you are sure account is paid and active, just ignore the text
