My previous subscription expired a few months ago. Now I want to re-subscribe and select a different plan, it won't let me.
Can you help me delete my previous plan ($29)? I want the $25 plan (5GB 4G)

how long the account was expired? if over 90 days, then you will need to buy a new sim card and use another email address to reactivate new account. Get the PM sim card from Telus or Koodo store or get it from Amazon
if you are unsure how long the account was suspended, call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone, enter the phone number and if the system cannot find the account, the yes, the account has expired for over 90 days

@KKCY If the account was suspended more then 90 days then it’s closed for good and you would need a new SIM card and new email and pick the plan you want . But also note we can only chage to the plans that are offered to us in our accounts despite what we see online . Had it been more than 90 days suspended ? If not make payment of old plan and then you can see what plans are available to you on your account
