I accidentally deleted my eSIM because it didn't install correctly. As a result - I can't install it again through the QR code that was given. How do I get a new eSIM?

Hi there,
Yes, you need to access your online account and buy a new eSim.
Visit the 'Subscription & Add-ons' page in My Account
Select the option to purchase a new eSIM
Complete the payment, and a new eSIM will be issued to you.

I ended up at subscribing it yesterday I'm doing so and ended up getting a decent but I'm doing so my son was playing with my device and I accidentally deleted the esim so now I don't have anything in my account currently I only have $2 so do I have to purchase a new esim for $5 to make my services active again

@Cunhai if the eSIM was installed and got deleted, then, NO, you will have to go back to physical sim
but if it was never installed and just have trouble installing, PM support can help
you can message support first and confirm

@Cunhai Sorry eSIM only for new activations . Not existing customers . You will need to get a physical SIM card and replace in your my account profile page

Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device
