I can't receive any phone calls. It goes to voicemail right away. How to fix this? I missed the code to enter to get my number transferred. I've been waiting all day from a text from Public Mobile.

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
Update: this reply was in response to OP's reply that she was unable to find the link from another forum. If the link helps, OP would not be saying "I can't find it".

It's a toll free. It's on a forum like here. You need to scroll down a little. But you also have it in your private message box here from the other member.

@KELLY582 You'll need to call the Telus porting # which I'll send via private message (check your message inbox top right) and they will ask the previous carrier to resubmit the transfer SMS so keep your old SIM in the phone until then.
