Hi @ye1801 but you can login already? you are using phone browser? On top of the page , right below Public Mobile logo, you will see Oveeview and a down arrow. Click on it to bring down the menu and you will see Payment, select that

@ye1801 If your trying access on you phone look to top of page you see overview label tap it then payment you will see it there bottom of page > manage payment method

i don't see payment tab under my account for some reason. do I need to use a laptop? i used my cell phone to log in...is that why

To update your credit card information, you can easily done that via My Account
Please login to My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription, and click Manage Payment Method, or use this direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/manage-card

have you been successful in creating your Eversafe credentials ?
Otherwise log in and message a CSA for their help..

if you've done the Eversafe thing, log in to your account > Payment >...from there you can edit your cc info.

log into your self serve account, click the payment tab, and manage your auto payment from there.
