Is there a participating TELUS Koodo store in Halifax, Nova Scotia? My phone is too old to use an eSIM.

hi @PJ53
you can have support agent to update the sim card number for you on your account.
please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
While they usually reply within 2 hours, it is Sunday evening, they might not reply until Monday morning. But check your Community inbox for their reply

I purchased the sim card (thanks everyone) but am now having trouble transferring my land line number. I believe I made a mistake by disconnecting my old provider in my home (account is still active though), so am unable to get the OTP 1 time password code as it was sent to the land line number. is it possible to redirect that code?
Any advise would be appreciated.

I'm sure that there is but ensure that you're going to a lcoaiton that is Telus coroprately owned an oeprated. Many stores will use the Telus banner but are indepenedent business and most likely will not carry Public Mobile SIM cards.
