I’m locked out of my account and I don’t have data where I am living in the rural area by Kingston and want to know if I can purchase online a voucher because I can still put in my code from a voucher and top of my dad with that with that possible it’s not the same credit card that they have on file

@Cheffy6769 Since you can't access wifi to create a backup with Fongo, or TextNow, you might want to get a https://www.speakout7eleven.ca/ SIM card; they run off Rogers so confirm reception before buying. For $35 to start and then $25/year you will have an emergency backup.

It is ok to use your credit card to buy a voucher.
For a small fee, you will see your recharge code directly on the page after completing your payment.
They'll also send it to you via email within 5 minutes after ordering.
Please note: Sometimes emails end up in your spam folder. Please make sure to check it, so you can use your code as soon as possible.

Clear your browser's cache, try a different browser, then try using the Forgot your password option.
If you still cannot get in, only Moderators can get you back in.

Once you have the voucher, dialing *611 from device needing funds can get the voucher added without even needing the PIN#

The Public Mobile website doesn't sell them, but recharge.com and ding.com do. It will cost you slightly more than normal though.
