Hello.
As I wrote in the title, I bought the SIM card on the internet on January 5 which is supposed to arrive 5 to 10 days after I bought it, but I haven't received it. It's very inconvenient since I haven't used my phone call and data for weeks.
If I visit the physical store and prove I paid for it, can I get the SIM card instead of waiting for the mail?
I would like to know what I should do now.

Not just branded...corporate. Lots of reseller retailers will have all kinds of signage of Telus or Koodo etc. making it look like they're those stores. They're not. You need corporate Telus or Koodo stores or kiosks. Click the Find a store link down below and find your local ones and call ahead.

Re your thought to, " ... visit the physical store and prove (you) paid for it, can (you) get the SIM card instead of waiting for the mail? "
Public Mobile has no storefront locations. All service is online.
They are only affiliated with TELUS - branded/associated locations for items such as SIM cards (and even those are YMMV) .
I'm afraid you're at the mercy of Canada Post for the SIM card, unless you're near one of those branded locations and they happen to carry PM SIM cards.
It really is a good idea to have a spare anyway - this way should anything happen to your SIM card (lost/damaged/stolen), it's very easy to change the SIM card associated with the account using the spare SIM card. Additionally, if you know anyone looking to change providers, you can give them your referral code (and the SIM card as a bonus) and benefit from the referral to them.

Unfortunately, lots of members report that it takes up to 3 weeks to arrive. It will be shipped by regular mail so the holdup is Canada Post.

If one doesn't need the use of the phone then don't order a new card -----However I suggest that you report the problem and ask for a replacement SIM at no cost to you. And if the original card is delivered eventually then you have an extra card.

Usual delivery time is 5-10 business days. Some customers did report even way longer delivery time.
If you get PM SIM form a store you might end up with 2 SIM. They never expire so second one you can gift or sell.

I would NOT order a replacement card as @Tsawwassen suggests, however I can understand the suggestion otherwise.
Then you'll have 2 cards in the mail system for up to another week for the initial and another 3+ weeks for the 'replacement'.
Follow earlier advice by @softech and go to a branded TELUS, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik store and purchase one.
If you're anywhere near the Greater Toronto area, try canadiancellsupplies.com. They have great prices on PM SIM cards.

@serah99 ordering sim from PM could take as many as 3 weeks
if you need it urgently, you can get one from Telus or Koodo store in person

@serah99 No you will just end up with another SIM Card .. note it can take up to 3 weeks to get SIM card form public but it’s good to have a spare SIM card on hand for friends or family or even as a back up for yourself should the situation ever arrive you lose your phone and need a new SIM but you can always ask support when it shipped and when to expect it
