Bought phone as never arrived

Hi,

I've bought a phone on the Public mobile store the 21th of may.  The delay is suppose to be between 5 to 10 of opened days.  It has been 13 days now and I had zero feedback nor tracker ID for shipping.

Is this a normal delay?  I live in Montréal, so I was expecting it to be delivered quick.

The process is very opaque and I'm starting to worried that something went wrong.

I just made contact with CS_Agents. Is this the procedure for opening a ticket?

@Olivier6    you have open ticket with support yet? support should be able to track it.   Ask for refund if they cannot ship it any time soon

I will wait until 21th of june.  That's a full month.  After that I'm calling Visa and asking for a refund.

There is no tracking number.  Only order number.

PM stopped selling CPO phones since the launch of the new website so you are lucky to get one.

They are referring everyone to Mobile Klinik (Telus) to order the CPO phones.

Just use the tracking number PM emailed you.

to adjust your expectation, I'd say give it 3 weeks for delivery.

Otherwise follow advise given above.
