I had 4 accounts. One for me and one for 3 of my kids. I recently ported my number to a new phone. Of the other 3 accounts I can only log into one. The other two accounts - one was set up with a misspelling of the email so when I hit forgot password it sent the link to a password that doesn’t exist. For the other account, although I have the password saved in my passwords on my phone it doesn’t work. I tried the reset link and never received a reset link. Now login is blocked. It’s a good thing I can log into 1 out of the three to make this post!! I need a moderator to sort out the other 2 accounts!!

Follow @Dunkman ‘s post to contact a moderator. Ask them also to change the misspelled account to to the correct one too.

Yes and I tried both as I was unsure which was the active and which was the ported but neither work. Very frustrating. The third one my son set up himself, forgot the password and misspelled his email 🤦♀️

I guess if you can provide all the information...billing, phone number or so, they would reset the account for you .. should not be an issue.

@Dbouti Assume you were using 4 different enail addresses?
