Billed twice for changing Subscription…

Hi, my card had expired so I went on to give new card number and they changed my card. Then changed subscription and they charged me again..will I have a credit??? Should I contact someone??

@Tea3  If you changed subscription after renewing you will be charged immediately for the new plan with no refund for the old plan.  When selecting a change you have two options, change now or change on renewal.  It's best to select change on renewal unless for some reason it is worth forfeiting the rest of the old plan for an immediate change.

Hello @Tea3 

First, please contact your credit card company and confirm this is an actual double charge or if it's a pending charge. Sometimes they can be confusing. If it IS a double charge, please create a ticket to resolve it.
