I need to talk to a moderator as I had a double billing. My plan renewed on April 02 2023 and another on on April 17 2024. April 17th is my proper billing date.

check the payment page first
if you need PM agent help, submit a ticket at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Devcon Keep in mind PM billing is every 30 days so the date will not be the exact same date every month. If you have questions about double bill though check with the CS Agent.
You can contact an agent using the chatbot. Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.
