I’ve been trying to get hold of any support agent to help with how much my bill is. I’m not with Public mobile anymore. I’d really appreciate it if anyone can help me out. TIA 🙂

Thank u so much everyone for ur kind and timely response. It makes sense now and I don’t think I owe anything Pm, I disabled the auto payment as well. Thanks!

if you are not with PM anymore, there is no bill to pay as PM is a prepaid provider.
But you ported your account out? If so, you are good. If you just want to cancel the account, make sure you login My Account and disable Autopay from Payment, Manage Subscription

PM is prepaid, you paid before you use the service
if you left, there is no more bill. So, you didn't owe PM anything and PM not owe you anything too (no refund for days you didn't use if you left early)
but if you like, you can sitll ask PM. Just use the orange Chatbot on lower right to open ticket. Thype Submit ticket and click Contact Us and to go to ticket open window

@Yusuf3 Public Mobile is prepaid so no bill once you've left.
