Hi,
Kind of curious...
How many 50% badges do you require to move up to 25%?

@Eliza5 , you don't have to work your way through a level to get to the next. Each month is a fresh start, so participate as much or as little as you like and see if it earns you a reward. To reach the higher levels would require hours a day in here helping people.

Hi @Eliza5
It depends on the participation in that month nor the previous months and previous badges. Some people spent tons of time and never even did 50 jumped right up.
The formula is not public but it's not just the number of responses and likes. Generally it's how helpful the participation is

@Eliza5 The community reward is based on a secret formula based on your participation level. They take into account how much you post, bravo, recieve bravos and solutions, ask questions and award solutions to your questions. The quality of your posts are more important then the quantity of your posts. Just participate thats what's important.

Moderators are online customer service for my understanding. since PM doesn't have a customer service call number.

@Eliza5 moderators are customer service here. Your bill is the cost of your 30 day cycle plan.

Just to clarify a PM member must contribute for 1 full year before getting an invitation to be part of the Oracle Group or is it at their discretion?
Who is part of the Oracle Group? Who would send out the invitation?
Eliza5
PM management team sends out invitations.
03-20-2020 07:36 PM
What does that mean in terms of $ off the bill?

Hi,
I have some percent badges and bravos.
How are the rewards calculated in order to reduce my monthly bill?

You need to spend time and a lot of time on this forum to learn how PM system works. Then, help members with issues. You need to learn how to identify issues which can be solve by us(PM customers) and the issue must be solved by moderator. We cannot access members' account. Therefore, account related issue should be forwarded to moderator.
Welcome to PM community forum. See you around.

Don't worry about ranks, %badges are for the rewards.
03-20-2020 07:31 PM
Very easy to move up in the beginning, then it's getting harder and harder.

@Eliza5 Your rank will move up on a regular basis based on your time spent on the community forum from the time you have joined. You will move up quicker the more you post, bravo and get awarded solutions. So I disagree with @gblackma that it means nothing....it represents the length of time you've been here....but tops out at mayor unless of course you are invited to become an oracle.

You are them through posts, solutions, bravos earned, given and participation.

l earned 25% badges twice 1~2 posts a day maybe.

@Eliza5 It means nothing to move up a rank. New in town - Great Neighbour - Good citizen - Great citizen- Model citizen - Town hero - Deputy mayor and Mayor. And above everyone the Oracles ( article on Oracle's https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/what-it-means-to-be-an-oracle)

Oracle member is by invitation only.
There is no fix schedule for PM to send out invitation.
Those member will at least one year helping members on this forum may get an invitation. YMMV

Hi Everyone,
Sorry about all the questions...
I have done a little research but was wondering for those who have already earned their badges.
How easy is it to earn badges?
What is the top badge and how does one achieve it?

Hello Everyone,
I just posted as New in Town and my rank has now changed to Great Neighbour.
What other ranks are available?
What does it mean when you move up a rank?
Thank you,
Eliza5
