My friend as a new user for Public mobile. She used my referral to open account. BUT ,one month past and I didn't see in my reward yet.

Hello @ Yellyell_C,

Your friend needs to open a ticket, and an agent can check if the code was applied during activation. They will need your referral code, phone number, and your name.

This happened to me then after about a week it showed up in my account. Maybe check the rewards tab on the app

The $10 referral credit should only take up to 72 hours to to be added into her account. Also you should have gotten a message from PM indicating "Cha-Ching! You just added to your Refer a Friend Reward. Keep referring to earn more. Your 1 point/month will be at at your renewal date.

The referral code is a mix of 6 letters and numbers and not your PIN.

No worries, she will need to contact by dm a CS_Agent indicating it was a mistake.
