Average wait time for mods response times?

They are usually pretty quick but I agree with @ShawnC13 that the average wait time would be around 2-4 hours but it can be as quick as 30 minutes too!

@Michaeldiduck, yes if your plan is expired only a mod can make a change for you.

@Michaeldiduck, this varies greatly.  I would say 2-4 hours is around average.  I have had issues fixed within minutes and that is my only interaction for problems but I know others post that they have had to wait a few hours.
