Hello, I am having this issue where Public Mobile is automatically filtering SMS with certain links if they are sent back to back and I am wondering if anybody else has encountered this issue and had it resolved? When I looked at my phone number's Usage History it says that all the Incoming SMS are being received at the appropriate times, but I've tried on 3 different phones now (iPhone 14, Google Pixel, another iPhone) with no luck on receiving those specific SMS with links. I've done all troubleshooting steps for the phones by resetting them and trying various settings of disabling Wifi, enabling Airplane Mode, 5G, LTE, 3G, and also sent a message to CS_Agent to escalate this issue to see if they can do anything about it, but haven't heard back a response from them yet.
This issue appears to be isolated to Public Mobile only, as I've tried with a Koodo and Telus and Rogers phone numbers all on the same phone and I am able to receive the SMS text messages with the links on the same exact phone.
If anybody has run into this issue and had it resolved previously would love some input, thanks!

Hey @hTideGnow,
Appreciate the help, I've tried Reset All Network on iPhone and Google Pixel and the same issue is still happening. I have requested the CS Agent to refresh the SIM card and I'll see if that will help. If not, then another SIM card might be required, but I find it a bit unfortunate that it seems like this issue is only happening to Public Mobile numbers, as I've done various tests with different phones, different carriers, and swapping the SIMS around to my original iPhone and the Google Pixel to no avail. I'll wait and see what the CS Agent has to say. Thanks for your help in the meantime!

is your regular phone an iPhone or Andoid?
if Android, maybe the app cache. Try clear all cache on the message app. Or uninstall and reinstall the Google Message
if you have iPhone as your regular one, try to disable iMessage and test again with SMS (not iMessage). Better to test SMS from an Android and make sure no RCS enabled

hi @ZackLatium
ask them to refresh your account
and as I said, maybe get a new sim card, could be a sim card problem
also, try Reset All networks

This is what the CS Agent just back to me with:
"Hi there,
Thank you for your reply!
We do not have any filter active. We do not have access to anyone's message contents so we can't block/hide the content.
Best wishes,
**** CS Agent"
I've actually tried sending that SMS manually to another Public Mobile phone number in a different phone and different SIM card and it also wasn't able to receive that SMS text with link, so it seems likely that it is on Public Mobile's side. What confuses me is that my Usage History shows that the Incoming SMS is being received, but they don't appear on the iPhone or Google Pixel that I switch the SIM card between, while it can still send and receive SMS without links. This leads me to believe that there is a auto-spam filter going on. For added context, I was able to receive the first SMS with a link in the morning, but any time I've tried it again after the initial message with the exact same content in the message, I wasn't able to receive it.

since you tried your sim on different phones and try different sim on your phones, it is hard to say not a network issue
did the agent ever suggest to try another sim card?
