Autopay updated but can’t use my phone

My phone was updated with a new autopay account information but they changed my number and now I don’t receive text messages and still can’t use my phone it is saying it’s suspended but the payment went through?????

@Stump are you able to go into your account (website or PM app) and confirm in the Payment History that the payment did go through? If your services are still not working it could be just a delay from when the payment went through. How long have you been waiting? Also, where are you seeing that your number has changed? I haven't heard of this happening before
