AutoPay Rewards

Hi everyone!

I'm having some confusion as I've bought the 25$/month plan (which is an awesome price so I'm not complaining there) and I've allowed autopay to my account but haven't had the 2$ discount. Although I get the text every month that it has been applied, I still seem to be getting charged the same amount of my plan. I also dont seem to be getting a the loyalty discount either.  Am I missing something here?

@ofaltas   Logon to your Self-Serve.  At your Overview page , My Rewards section, confirm if you see AutoPay Reward there

If so, open a ticket with the mod and they would be able to sort this out for you

(if you don't see the Autopay reward there, you will need go to Payment->Manage AutoPay to confirm it is really setup and saved there)

Hello,

I also have a problem with auto pay reward.

In  April, the 2$ auto pay reward was not applied. Although, it was applied the months before.

the problem is there is no real customer service number you can dial and get answer. this is really frustrating about this company.

...and don't forget.... taxes !  😎

It reduces the entire plan amount first but then you'll be credited back the autopay and loyalty rewards after deduction.  So,  check to see if you have those.

Log into your account under awards will show which awards you have.

On the first plan renewal date, after 12 months of tenure as a Public Mobile member, you will begin to earn a recurring Loyalty Reward for as long as you remain an active Public Mobile customer on that account. Regardless of what plan you are on, your tenure will continue to accumulate as long as your account remains active. If your account is in a suspended state for more than 60 days in a year, your Loyalty Reward will be delayed by the number of days your account was suspended.

@Heidi22

What are you exactly charged every month?  You do have to pay taxes in addition to the plan fee.

You might want to screenshot your payment history page for more details.  Omit any personal information.

Loyalty rewards start at one year of being a customer.  How long have you been a customer?

On your self-serve landing page, does it state that Auto-Pay is on?  It will be on the bottom, left side of the page.

If you click on your My Rewards section, it will also display the rewards you have received since becoming a Public Mobile customer.

The Loyalty Rewards apply after every full year of service, at the rate of an additional $1 off for every one additional year of service (up to a max of $5 off per cycle)

Have a look.
